We are an independently owned fund manager specializing in alternative investment strategies. We offer "liquid alternative" mutual funds managed by EHP Funds Inc. Our solutions provide an alternative to traditional stocks and bonds that can help reduce risk and improve investment outcomes.
We are "evidenced-based" investors and believe that by following a systematic, disciplined process, we are able to achieve higher risk-adjusted returns for our clients. We offer liquid, scalable funds where preserving capital and controlling drawdowns or "pullbacks" are our primary considerations. Importantly, the principals of the firm are some of the largest investors in our funds, and we invest the majority of our net worth alongside yours.
Our Core Investment Process...
We use a disciplined process to buy stocks and bonds with reasonable valuations, rising price trends and stable prices - attributes that have proven over time to lead to better performance. We short stocks and bonds that are overvalued, declining and volatile - attributes that have proven to lead to poor performance over time.
We add value through a number of opportunistic equity, credit and arbitrage strategies that are uncorrelated with our core long/short portfolios.
